REFUND & CANCELLATION
Return Policy
Transformerz does not accept returns unless explicitly stated in the product description.
For electronic products received DOA (Dead on Arrival), Transformerz will provide a replacement unit, subject to inspection and verification.
Products that show signs of misuse, mishandling, physical damage, modification, or tampering will not be covered under the DOA replacement policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered as a standard policy.
Any refund arising from an approved cancellation or exceptional circumstance will be processed solely at the discretion of Transformerz.
Such refunds, if approved, may be subject to deductions including but not limited to:

Shipping and logistics charges

Payment gateway or transaction fees

Handling or processing costs
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only under the following circumstances:

The product is unavailable, or

The ordered product does not meet the quality standards set by Transformerz.

All cancellation requests are subject to the sole discretion of Transformerz.

Cancellations for reasons other than the above will not be accepted.

Once the order enters processing, production, or procurement, cancellations cannot be accepted, as pre-orders are made against confirmed purchase commitments.
If a cancellation request is exceptionally approved (at the discretion of Transformerz), applicable deductions may be applied as per the refund guidelines above.
