​How do I

place an order?

Well, it's same as shopping on any other online shopping website. You get what you order. Just the delivery timelines are a bit extended. Since, we import only on order, unless specified in the product description.

Payment

& Shipping

Once, your payment is successfully recieved. We willl process your order. We try our best and avoid causing any intentional delay in order fulfillment, however sometimes the package takes time in custom clearance. Nevertheless, we keep our customers informed about the entire process. Someone, always stays in touch and conveys all the order updates, till it is delivered to you.

Secure Ordering

& Payment Options

We use latest online payment methods, which are secure to best of our knowledge. We do not share customer information with any third party, whatsoever. Your delivery address and contact details will be shared with the courier partner for delivery purposes.

 

Payments failed or rejected at the payment gateway level, need to be dealt with the payment gateway customer support. We will assist the customer in best possible way.

At any time, during such disputes, we cannot be held accountable for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, unless specified in the product description. In special cases, where an electronic item is DOA (Dead On Arrival). We exchange the product with a working replacement. Deliberately manhandled items are not eligible to be replaced under DOA policy.

Any refunds post order cancellation, will be done at our discretion. After accounting shipping costs or any other charges incurred by us.
